Return

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. You will be refunded the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs for the return from your home to the online store are at your own expense. These costs are approximately €7.25 per package. For the exact rates, please consult the website of your carrier.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories delivered and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging will be returned to the entrepreneur. To exercise this right, you can contact us via support@online-otaku.nl. We will then refund the due amount within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

You can initiate this process by sending an email to retour@online-otaku.nl with the following information:

• Your order number
• Description of the product
• Date on which the product was received by you
• Description of any damage, including possible photos

The date of receipt of your email determines whether your return order falls within the 14-day period. After that, we will work together to find a suitable solution, such as a discount, exchange, refund, etc. Make sure to carefully package the product when returning it, preferably in the box in which it was shipped.
Please note! You can only return the product once we have given permission and agreed on a shipping method.

If the return package is not sent within 14 working days after receiving the return label, we consider the damage claim to be settled and your right to a replacement or refund will expire.
